As The Dark Knight finally gets ready to leave theaters after an earth-shattering response, Batman is gaining some traction once again only this time on the small screen. The CW has announced it will spin-off Gotham’s favorite sidekick Robin into a series of his own. It’s not that plain and simple. The series will focus on the Boy Wonder’s family life much like Smalltown did/does with Superman. Specifically, “The Graysons” will be a one-hour drama (not surprisingly from Smallville producers) that will focus on a young Robin living with his family - my guess - in the suburbs. So long as Chris O’Donnell isn’t involved, I’m cool with it. And so long as Robin stays on the small screen and not in a Chirstopher Nolan film - again, I’m cool with it.
