“Blush: The Search for the Next Great Makeup Artist,” a reality competition series making its debut Nov. 11 on Lifetime, may seem like the umpteenth entrant in the increasingly crowded fashion reality-TV marketplace. But its unique evolution as a TV series, pitched by Procter & Gamble media agency MediaVest, will help set it apart from the pack.

In a bid to grow its share of mobile advertising, Hachette Filipacchi Media has signed a multi-year deal with Quattro Wireless to handle external ad sales for its mobile phone sites, having switched from mobile ad company Third Screen Media. While some agencies are doing away with titles, Starcom MediaVest Group just passed out a whole new slew of them.
SMG CEO Laura Desmond announced the formation of a new global management team charged with accelerating growth, business development, product and talent across the network. The team will consist of 10 executive leaders throughout the organization who will join SMG President of Global Operations Andrew Swinand and recently named Chief Digital Officer Sean Finnegan.
